Noratek is the independent practice of Said Eloudrhiri, IT consultant, Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I am an independent IT consultant, Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach, with over 30 years of experience in software development, architecture, project management and team coaching.
I have worked in a wide range of environments: public institutions, energy, mobility, European services, web platforms and mobile applications. I have held roles as developer, architect, technical team lead, Scrum Master, Tribe Lead, Project Manager, Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach.
This path lets me read situations on two levels: human and organisational on one side, technical and operational on the other. My approach is pragmatic, direct and results-oriented: clarify, structure, facilitate, improve.
